The original recipe does not require this cookies to be baked. But I find it soft after sometimes. So its best to bake it for a while to retain its crispiness.
The aim of this Blog is to simply share with all of you my newly profound hobby i.e. baking.. Since I'm not a born baker or have the natural talent like some people does, so I attended lessons, classes to improve my baking skills. I've also obtained a mini library at home of baking books.
