This is another bread which I simply love to bake. Although the top of the bread looks "burnt" but once you cut it, the texture is so soft and simply delicious..
The aim of this Blog is to simply share with all of you my newly profound hobby i.e. baking.. Since I'm not a born baker or have the natural talent like some people does, so I attended lessons, classes to improve my baking skills. I've also obtained a mini library at home of baking books.
