Since we had some left over lontong from Hari Raya Haji, we decided to cook Soto Ayam to finish up the lontong. We also made "pegedil" a combination of potato and minced meat to go along with the Soto Ayam.
The aim of this Blog is to simply share with all of you my newly profound hobby i.e. baking.. Since I'm not a born baker or have the natural talent like some people does, so I attended lessons, classes to improve my baking skills. I've also obtained a mini library at home of baking books.
